11/09/22: Pounding rebar into existing concrete roadway over water service connection trenches.
11/10/22: Completed water main connections on Maple Street on either side of Kincaid Avenue.

11/01/22: Demolition on Kincaid Avenue north of Academy Street for the reconstruction of this intersection to create ADA-accessible curb ramps and crossings. 11/03/22: Excavation on the NW corner of Kincaid Avenue and Academy Street for the reconstruction of this intersection to create ADA-accessible curb ramps and crossings. 11/03/22: Laying geotextile fabric on the subgrade to support the roadway structure on the NW corner of Kincaid Avenue and Academy Street.
