- Complete subgrade preparation and place/compact gravel

- Install rebar over watermain trenches and prepare for concrete pours.

- Water Testing

10/24/22: Pouring concrete on watermain trench on Academy Street between Kincaid Avenue and Alder Avenue
10/25/22: Grading the exit from the parking area east of Kincaid Avenue in preparation for temporary re-opening 
10/26/22: Exit from the parking area east of Kincaid Avenue prepared for temporary re-opening 
10/27/22: Kincaid Avenue temporarily re-opened north of Maple Street

- Begin illumination system.
