- Complete water service connection crossings (still need to connect to make connections)
- Park Street (Kincaid to Alder)
- Complete water service connection crossings (still need to connect to make connections)
10/10/22: Sawcutting for water service connections on Park Street between Kincaid Avenue and Alder Avenue 
10/11/22: Removing asphalt for water service connections on Kincaid Avenue between Maple Street and Academy Street
10/12/22: Asphalt over Concrete pavement removed for water service connections on Kincaid Avenue between Academy Street and Park Street.
10/13/22: Compacting after water service connection crossing on Park Street east of Kincaid Avenue.Work in progress this week (10/17/2022 - 10/21/2022):

- Complete subgrade preparation and place/compact gravel
