• Academy Street (Kincaid to Alder)
  • Complete waterline installation (still need to complete water service connections)

09/26/2022: Installing waterline on Academy Street between Kincaid Avenue and Alder Avenue. 09/27/2022: Continuing excavation for waterline installation on Academy Street between Kincaid Avenue and Alder Avenue. 09/28/2022: Installing water service connection to 902 Kincaid Avenue.

09/29/2022: Compacting water service connection crossings on Kincaid Avenue between Academy Street and Maple Street.
