11/07/22 Construction Update

Work completed for Week Ending 11/04/2022:

  • Intersection of Kincaid Avenue and Academy Street
    • Complete demolition of sidewalks
    • Complete storm drainage improvements

11/01/22: Demolition on Kincaid Avenue north of Academy Street for the reconstruction of this intersection to create ADA-accessible curb ramps and crossings. 11/03/22: Excavation on the NW corner of Kincaid Avenue and Academy Street for the reconstruction of this intersection to create ADA-accessible curb ramps and crossings. 11/03/22: Laying geotextile fabric on the subgrade to support the roadway structure on the NW corner of Kincaid Avenue and Academy Street.

11/03/22: Rolling to compact on the NW corner of Kincaid Avenue and Academy Street.

Work in progress this week (11/07/2022 - 11/11/2022):

  • Kincaid Avenue (Maple to Main)
    • Complete illumination system.
    • Complete irrigation system
    • Complete trench restoration

Upcoming Work through 11/25/2022:

  • Kincaid Avenue (Maple to Main):
    • Complete installation of curbs
    • Complete sidewalks (currently projected 11/21-11/23, but this may change)
  • Intersection of Kincaid Avenue and Park Street
    • Complete demolition of sidewalks
    • Begin storm drainage improvements
