06/01/2023 - Construction Update
Work Completed between 05/25/23 and 05/31/23:
*No work was done on Monday 05/29/23 due to Memorial Day*
Storm:
- Completed storm drainage installation
Water:
- Continued to work through the water main installation and tested the water
05/24/23 - Installation of maintenance hole for access to utility lines.
05/25/223 - Installation of water main within the intersection.
Work in Progress this Week between 06/01/23 and 06/07/23:
Water:
- Make water connection tie ins to businesses
Dry Utilities:
- Joint Utility Trench (JUT) work to begin with the removal of pavement to install conduit for the relocation of overhead power and communication lines
- Signal bases will start to be prepared and poured (this will be day time work under traffic control)
Upcoming Work between 06/08/23 and 06/14/23:
Dry Utilities:
- Finish JUT work and final inspection from PSE
- Finish pouring signal pole bases
Concrete Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk:
*This will be completed as daytime work under traffic control*
- Demolition and grading for new curb and gutter
- Pouring of concrete curbs
- Prepping for the pour of concrete sidewalks

05/18/2023 - Construction Update
Work Completed Between 05/10/23 and 05/17/23:
Sewer:
- Worked through Sewer Main installation
- Tested Sewer connections to ensure flow
Storm:
- Worked through Strom Main installation
- Tested Storm connections to ensure flow
Temporary sewer bypass that was installed at the beginning of the project that ran along the east side of Wood Ave in front of Heritage Bank.
Work in Progress this Week between 05/18/23 and 05/24/23:
Sewer:
- Finishing the Sewer Main installation
- Removal of the Sewer Line bypass
Storm:
- Finishing the Storm Main installation
Water:
- Continuing to work on the Water Main installation
- Installation of new Water Services
- Water testing to ensure water is safe
Upcoming Work between 05/25/23 and 05/31/23:
* There will be no work on Monday 05/29/23 due to Memorial Day *
Storm:
- Adjustment of catch basins to match grade
Water:
- Continuation of water testing
- Water connection tie ins to be completed at night
Other:
- Start of the Joint Utility Trench to underground the overhead power and communication lines

05/11/2023 - Construction Update
Work Completed between 05/01/23 and 05/09/23:
Sewer:
- Sewer Bypass installation has been completed to allow for new Sewer Main lines to be installed
- Sewer Main installations are nearing completion
Storm:
- Storm Main installations are nearing completion
Other:
- Temporary re-channelization of intersection completed to allow for onsite equipment staging
- PSE removed two luminaires that were in the way of a new storm connection
05/08/2023 - Digging to access sewer main line for replacement in the Main and Wood intersection in front of Heritage Bank.
05/08/2023 - Removing steel plates and temporary patch from the previous night's work.
Work in Progress this Week between 05/10/23 and 05/16/23:
Sewer:
- Finishing of the Sewer Main installations with testing of connections
- Removal of Sewer Bypass
Storm:
- Finishing of the Storm Main installations
Water:
- Water Main installation anticipated to start Wednesday night (05/16)

Water:
- Work through Water Main installation and water testing before service connections
