We will leave the Virtual Open House available until May 15th. Until then, please feel free to ask questions and leave input either below or on each project page.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Heritage Park & Alley Activation

In 2021, the City of Sumner adopted the Main Street Visioning Plan. This plan captured the community's vision that included woonerfs around Heritage Park (currently under construction), identified the acquisition of 902 Kincaid as a priority and encouraged activating the alleys. The vision was to create an amazing downtown Sumner where family and friends come together for food, drinks, shopping and community events.
