  • What are the plans for the new pavilion and basketball/pickleball courts at Rainier View Park? I have not seen much discussion regarding construction originally slated for fall of 2024.

    The covered court is going under construction! On September 18, the Council awarded the construction contract to Andy Johnson & Company, Inc., for $1,416,163.50. That means you should see action on it very soon. Already, the playground replacement is underway.
