  • Complete demolition.
  • Pothole for water

08/22/22 Sawcutting on Maple Street east of Kincaid Avenue 08/22/22 Asphalt demolition on Maple Street east of Kincaid Avenue 08/24/22 Installing new 8" ductile iron water pipe on Kincaid Avenue north of Maple Street 08/24/22 Compacting water backfill on Kincaid Avenue north of Maple Street

08/25/22 Installing 8"x8" water cross at the intersection of Kincaid Avenue and Maple Street

Work in progress this week (08/29/2022 - 09/02/2022):

• Kincaid Avenue (Maple to Main):
  • Complete waterline installation on Kincaid north of Maple.
  • Complete joint utility trench (JUT).
• Kincaid Avenue (Academy to Maple):
  • Begin waterline installation south of Maple Street.

Upcoming Work through 09/16/2022:

• Kincaid Avenue (Maple to Main):
  • Begin illumination system.
  • Begin irrigation system.
• Intersection of Kincaid Avenue and Maple Street
  • Tuesday (9/6) full intersection closure to complete waterline installation across Maple Street.
• Kincaid Avenue (Academy to Maple):
  • Continue waterline installation south of Maple Street.
