05/05/2023 PSE Update

Puget Sound Energy's contractor Potelco is on site this morning pulling out the old power poles in the alley parking lot south of Main Street between Kincaid Avenue and Alder Avenue. Parking in this area will be limited until PSE/Potelco is done. They were able to squeeze us in last minute to get this done, so the City was just informed of it this morning. That is how PSE rolls, and the City is just happy that they made us a priority. PSE/Potelco will also be pulling out the old poles on the west side of Cherry Avenue between Maple Street and Main Street today - this is just in time to align with the TCUW schedule that is planning on beginning to pour concrete sidewalks on the west side of Cherry Avenue on Monday 5/8.
