Kincaid (Maple to Main)
- Pour and Stamp Concrete
Cherry Avenue (Maple to Main)
- Continue installing storm drainage.
- Continue replacing sanitary sewer laterals and clean out.
- Begin installing joint utility trench
- Complete water tie-in south of Main Street
Academy Street (Alder to Ryan)
- Complete installing storm drainage
- Continue Road excavation / gravel borrow and csbc

Cherry Ave - Continue installing storm drainage and connecting road drainage.

Kincaid Ave (Maple to Main) - Pour and stamp concrete

Work in progress this week (3/20/2023 - 3/24/2023)

Kincaid (Maple to Main)
- Begin installation of Bollards
  - Kincaid Ave will be closed Thursday (3/23) & Friday (3/24)
Cherry Avenue (Maple to Main)
- Complete storm drainage demolition and installation
- Complete joint utility trench
Academy Street (Alder to Ryan)
- Complete road excavation / gravel borrow and csbc
- Complete curb and gutter
- Begin concrete flat work and ramps
- Complete water tie in at Academy/Alder intersection

Upcoming Work through (04/07/2023) - Work on Main Street will not begin until after the Daffodil Parade (04/01/23)

Academy / Ryan Intersection
- Complete asphalt paving (1st lift)
Academy Street (Alder to Ryan)
- Complete trench restoration
- Complete asphalt paving (1st lift)
Cherry Avenue (Maple to Main)
- Complete Illumination
- Begin irrigation
- Communications companies will need to relocate services from old poles to new poles before the old poles can be removed.
Maple/Cherry intersection
- Complete installing water main
- Complete water tie-in
- Complete storm drainage
Prepare for Daffodil Parade
- Open Driveway from Alleyway to Kincaid
Main Street / Cherry Avenue / Kincaid Avenue intersection
- Main Street in westbound only condition from Alder Avenue to Traffic Avenue (eastbound local access from Traffic Avenue to BNSF)
- Begin demolition on south side
- Begin installation of storm drainage
