Town Center Utility Woonerf Projext
This project will provide public services and upgrade road, sidewalk, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and domestic water facilities within and adjacent to Alder Avenue and Kincaid Avenue between Main Street and Park Street.
Town Center: Main St & Wood Ave Intersection Improvement
This project will improve the intersection of Main Street and Wood Avenue and replace the aging traffic signal.
Pavement Preservation Program
This program includes patching, chip sealing, crack sealing, plastic markings and paint line markings to preserve the city of Sumner's roads.
Alley Activation
In 2021, the City of Sumner adopted the Main Street Visioning Plan. This plan captured the community's vision that included woonerfs around Heritage Park (currently under construction) and encouraged activating the alleys.
