Town Center: Cherry and Maple Utilities Project

This project consists of replacing existing water mains and services on Chery Avenue between Maple Street and Park Street as well as on Maple Street between Cherry Avenue and Ryan Avenue. The sewer line on Cherry Avenue between Maple Street and Academy Street will also be replaced. The work for the project includes erosion control, installation of new water mains and appurtenances, water services, hydrants, sampling stations, and connections to existing water mains, as well as paving, sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, and new sanitary sewer main and manholes.

The project is still currently in design. There will be further updates once the project moves in to the construction phase.
