• Continued utility installation under the bridge
• Poured concrete east approach ramp

WORK IN PROGRESS NEXT WEEK (02/22/2026 - 02/28/2026):

• Continue installation of illumination conduit
• Continue work on approach ramps
• Continue water utility installation under the bridge
