Advertising opportunity in, e-newsletter, social media and other options.

Staff review and add recommendations/past insight.

Applicants advancing in the process will receive notification to prepare a presentation.

Presentations given to the City Council at their Study Session. Council debated and directed staff for how to allocate the $250,000 in funding. 

Funded applicants must provide W-9 and sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to receive funds. 

Partners must submit invoices or pledges to the City for their funds.

All applicants to provide update to City Council on use of funding, even if still in progress, to start process for next biennium and budget requests.  

NOTE: failure to use the funds as requested or to appropriately thank the taxpayers of Sumner for their support may result in rejection of future funding requests.
